Usage and limits

Understand plan limits and usage.

Account & billing

Each plan includes usage limits. This guide explains what counts and what happens when you reach them.

Where to check

  • Billing page shows your current tier per product
  • Monitoring shows keyword limits during setup
  • Analytics and Chat usage update as you add sites and agents

What counts toward usage

  • Chat messages: user messages from the widget and dashboard preview
  • Analytics pageviews: site pageviews collected by the tracking script
  • Monitoring mentions: mentions fetched by monitoring jobs
  • Testimonials: totals for testimonials, widgets, and video minutes
  • Chat setup: agent and knowledge source counts

How enforcement works

  • Limits apply at the workspace level across all members.
  • When a limit is reached, we block additional usage for that feature.
  • You’ll see upgrade prompts or disabled actions in the dashboard.

Notifications

  • Admins are notified at 80% usage.
  • A “limit reached” email is sent once the hard limit is reached.

Grace buffer for analytics and monitoring

Analytics pageviews and monitoring mentions have a small buffer above the listed limit. You will still receive warnings at the soft limit, but hard blocking happens after the buffer.

Note

Limits reset each month based on your billing cycle.

What to do when you hit a limit

  1. Upgrade your plan to increase the limit.
  2. Reduce usage (remove agents, sources, sites, or monitoring keywords).
  3. Wait for the next reset.
