What you can do

  • Filter by unresolved, resolved, or handoff requested
  • Open a conversation to read the full thread
  • Export conversations when you need a CSV

Common workflow

  1. Open Conversations

    Choose the agent and go to Conversations.

  2. Review the thread

    Look for lead details and handoff requests.

  3. Resolve or follow up

    Mark resolved after you handle the request.

Tip

Use filters to find chats that need a human response.
